Found 16mm UWP Films in my Storage

Finally I found my old UWP films that were buried deep within my storage. I was surprised to find a couple of films that I had nothing to do with creating, filming, editing, producing, etc.

My only regret is that I found them very late. Perhaps too late to be of use for the Reunion in Orlando. My health and other conditions precluded me from finding them sooner. Anyway, here is a list of the films I have found thus far...

Films I have that I did not produce:

Viva La Gente – Panama      Large reel (apx 30 minutes)

Songs from UWP -                 Small reel (6 minutes)
This has “MRA Productions” on the label

Sing Out Colorado -               Small reel (apx 5 minutes)
I believe this was an older MRA production

UWP  – CBS                           Smaller reel (8 ½ minutes)
This says “Promotional Film” with Tucson address on label

Films I made with Diarmid Campbell:

Up with People – Mexico       Large reel
This film includes “Dawning” sung at the top of the
Pyramid of the Sun in Teotihuacán at dawn,

New Dimensions (Europe)     Large reel
I believe this has Frank Fields (HJ Chuctim Smithfields)
It may have Chuck Wansley doing a great drum solo in it.

UWP – London                       Large reel
I believe I shot the London show in Connecticut for this film.
I helped edit it but I did not go to London for other filming. The
Wansley solo might be in this one. I don’t remember.

Frontiers of Tomorrow           Very small reel (5 minutes?)
Colwell Brothers singing this Boy Scout song filmed
In Coeur d’alene, Idaho Boy Scout Jamboree

I have not found UWP in Poland which I filmed and helped produce. I do have three large reels that I need to unwind to see what they are as they are not marked. I am sure I have the Poland film somewhere!???

I wish I had the resources to digitize these films but I don't, and it doesn't look like I will be able to attend Orlando, but it is nice to find these old relics for the mere possibility that they can be of use to someone...

All the best my friends.
